Three bed/bath home in Seacrest Beach, FL. Our 2000 sq ft beach house sleeps 8-10 comfortably and has 900 sq ft of outdoor living decks & patios. Located between Rosemary Beach & Seaside on 30-A, Seacrest Beach community has a 12,000 square foot pool!
Utopia by the sea, or as we like to call it, Bluetopia, is calling you! This tasteful, cozy beach home is just what you need to enjoy a perfect vacation on the Emerald Coast. Filled with vibrant colors and comfortable furnishings, this stylish getaway has it all. If you’ve never been to the family-friendly community of Seacrest Beach, you are in for a treat! Tucked in between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on 30-A, the location is perfect. Seacrest is also just minutes from all that Destin, Seaside and Panama City Beach have to offer. Shopping, dining, fishing, world class golf and of course the pristine beaches of the Gulf.
BOTH Panama City Beach Airport (ECP / 20 minutes) and Ft. Walton Airport (VPS / 60 minutes) are convenient gateways to the beaches of South Walton and Bluetopia (38 Barefoot Lane, Seacrest, FL 32413). Grocery stores are less than five minutes away, and you can walk or bike to many local favorite spots for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
